Kaila Santos

Kaila spent years hating breakfast and, honestly, hating mornings, until a roommate handed her a loud blender and a bag of frozen fruit. Sundays are sacred now: slow, sweet and a little messy. She wants everyone who feels wrecked on a weekend to know it can turn around with one glass.

What you will find here

Smoothie Sundays is about smoothies and bowls you will actually make on a weekday: short ingredient lists, freezer packs, and honest notes on what tastes good rather than what photographs well.

How recipes get made here

Every recipe is blended at least three times in a standard countertop blender, with frozen and fresh fruit versions tested, and the texture checked after five minutes rather than straight out of the jug.

Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the site may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes what gets recommended.

Every blend here is tested in a normal blender with supermarket fruit. Nothing needs a specialty powder to taste good.
